Otto Thav

Mr. A. Otto Thav is an Envisioneering Consultant at THAV LLC. Non-Disclosure Agreements prevent him from listing a majority of his clients. They range from large organizations to small startups. He has held full-time management positions at a few companies and been a contractor or consultant at others. Because some incidents in this book are based on clients of these companies, listing them, and other details, might mislead readers to identify the incidents in this book.

Mr. Thav currently resides in the San Francisco Bay Area, where he serves on the boards of a few organizations, volunteers for several local non-profits, and has been involved in an entrepreneur's contest at the University of California - Berkeley. He has his BS degree from Columbia University. During his early career in the southeast region of the United States, he was employed as a Project Lead of an USAF (United States Air Force) funded advanced technology development project. He concurrently conducted the research portion of the project at Texas A&M University, where he earned a MS degree. He also received a copyright for an ASRS (Automated Storage Retrieval System) software from the United States Copyright Office, Library of Congress. He has numerous other Awards and Certifications from several organizations throughout his career, including a Certificate in Supply Chain Management from Stanford University.

Mr. Thav also served on an Industrial Advisory Board at the Georgia Institute of Technology, where he also guest lectured for a few graduate classes. Other universities where he has guest-lectured on Business Re-Engineering include: Auburn University, University of Florida, and Webster University. In addition, he has spoken at a few industry specific conferences, served as a panel judge for a student paper writing contest at Louisiana State University, and volunteered as an Applied Economics Consultant for Junior Achievement in New Orleans.
