Paul McKellips
Paul McKellips has written, directed and produced three motion pictures and
numerous television shows. He has earned 20 Telly Awards and a 2011 Emmy®
nomination for his recent documentary on breast cancer research. McKellips, a
native of Neenah, Wisconsin, served in Iraq as a public affairs specialist and
was embedded with four Iraqi journalists at a remote combat outpost in the
volatile Diyala Province area during the height of “the surge.” He has recently
returned from the front lines of Afghanistan, where he trained the Afghan army
and directed and produced a documentary film on Afghan culture during a five-month
assignment through the Department of Defense. He is also the co-founder of No Greater
Sacrifice, a charitable organization that provides college scholarships to the
children of fallen and wounded U.S. soldiers.
