Following retirement from a thirty-year cardiology practice, my family studies led to the historical facts of my forebears' incredible immigrant adventure.  This novel, "Winter's Wrath"  is a homage to my distant grandparents' courage, perseverance and fortitude that made possible my very existence and a life of opportunities in America.
