1. Could you tell us a little bit about yourself?
I am born and raised in Chicago IL, I have a deep passion for reading and writing. I love to tell my story through books. my readers are my family that is growing daily. They help me to become a better writer I try to give tem what they want.
2. Describe your book Double Back (Delphine Publications Presents) in 30 words or less.
Double Back is about a Couple who's love started out pure and innocent. As they went down different paths in their lives and rekindled they tried to build a relationship based on what was oppose to what it is now.
3. What was the hardest part of writing your book?
The hardest part was fighting with my characters. you want then to do one thing then they tell you they are going to do another. After a while you follow your characters.
4. What books have had the greatest influence on you?
If I had to pick it would be "Mama" by Terry McMillan. My mom gave it to me which at that point began my love for writing.
5. Briefly share with us what you do to market your book?
I have book signings, do speaking engagements on how to become a Author, I also travel for book signings, I put up flyers, do radio shows, speak to bloggers.
6. How do you spend your time when you are not writing?
When I'm not writing I am usually with the family parks, picnics, travel, family time is the best time for me.
7. What are you working on next?
I am currently working on Double Back two which drops in August 2014. I am also doing Collaboration called Sorority Ties, that features five other women From Delphine Publications. It's 7 installments the first one just dropped June 17th.
