Art Adkins

Art Adkins has been in law enforcement for the last twenty-nine years and worked as a police officer on the Ft. Lauderdale Police Department, as a sergeant on the LAPD and is currently a lieutenant with the Gainesville Police Department. His knowl-
edge of police procedure is vast, and he has woven these details into The Oasis Project,an environmental thriller dealing with a topical issue confronting Florida and the world today. The Oasis Project has received rave reviews from Midwest Book Review and was a featured selection by Linda Fasulo of WGCU, Southwest Florida NPR. Mr. Adkins has recently completed his second novel, Power Grid, which will be in stores soon and is currently writing Mind Walkers, the third novel in the Lockwood series.
