Sonia Brock

Sonia Taylor Brock was born and raised in Southern Louisiana by her Grandmother who was quite colorful in her own right, guiding and teaching Sonia to be an adventurer in every aspect of her life.

A former United States Marine and now a Grandmother herself, she continues to find adventure, cook her court bouillon and gumbos the way her grandmother taught her with her family in the suburbs of Atlanta, Georgia
