\n2.) Linkedin \u2013 More than 60 million users (http:\/\/tcrn.ch\/b4dHyr<\/a> )
\n3.) Twitter \u2013 More than 190 million users (http:\/\/tcrn.ch\/b5B2BQ<\/a> )<\/p>\n

How do I promote my business, books or products?<\/strong><\/p>\n

There\u2019s no need to learn new techniques for each social media site\u2026Facebook, Linkedin and Twitter\u2014all can be handled the same way!<\/p>\n

Build Relationships Using These 7 Techniques:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

1.) Start Discussions<\/strong><\/p>\n

A.) Search for groups and join them. For example, if I wrote about promotional tips, I would look for a marketer or author group, and if my practice were very specific such as \u201cblogging tips,\u201d I would look for blogger groups and retailers or vendors.<\/p>\n

B.) Join the group and await approval from the group administrator, and<\/p>\n

C.) Once your request is approved start to read. After you are comfortable with this group, start to post articles, questions or whatever.<\/p>\n

2.) Share News:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Facebook \u2013 Abbreviate the announcement and submit first into \u2018notebook\u2019 with the link and then copy and paste everything into the STATUS.<\/p>\n

Linkedin \u2013 Once you are a group member, \u201cclick\u201d on Submit News and share your blog posts with the entire group.<\/p>\n

Twitter \u2013 Abbreviate the announcement to less than 140 characters. Use hashtags, your twitter name, the link, and the main announcement title:<\/p>\n

3.)Complete your profile<\/strong><\/p>\n

Include a photo and very short bio\u2026with a link (if possible).<\/p>\n

4.)Answer Questions<\/strong><\/p>\n

Prove yourself as an expert \u2013 compassionate\u2013giving. Show unconditional friendship.<\/p>\n

5.) Be Proactive<\/strong><\/p>\n

Search for those with similar interest and add them to your network\/friend\/follower list.<\/p>\n

6.)Get Recommendations or Referrals<\/strong><\/p>\n

Viral promotion is so powerful.<\/p>\n

7.)Help Others<\/strong><\/p>\n

Show others you are there for them and you\u2019re an expert.<\/p>\n
