The horrors faced by soldiers and civilians in the Second World War are beyond imagination. The story deals with the life of Jacob who after the death of his brother and father went on to join the American Army. His life takes many unexpected turns as he is sent to the war to fight the Germans on the front. To leave his country and the love of his life is challenging for him. As he fights for his motherland, he along with his battalion accomplish missions that were deemed impossible. As the War progresses, he grows closer to his friend Charles. But soon his luck runs out and he is in serious trouble. The atrocities suffered by him and the others during the War are beyond imagination. Now the real question is, "Will he make it?"
