About

A young Sue traveled the world with her husband including two years living in the MiddleEast with their young family. A short while later the family moved to New Zealand. Sue and herhusband now live on a three acre block at the top of New Zealand's South Island. Their twochildren have carried on the family tradition of globetrotters.

Sue loves reading and writing fantasy, romance, young adult and juvenile. When asked ifshe would ever stop writing she replied "Not until all the plots in my head have been written -which probably means I'll never stop."

Her hobbies include reading, writing and craftwork. Researching family history is anotherleisure activity which holds Sue's interest. She works as a graphic artist for a local trade paper.

<p><span style="color:#000000;line-height:115%;font-family:Arial, 'sans-serif';font-size:10pt;">Santa’s Birthday Gift was written in response to a grandchild’s question, after reading the story of the Nativity.<span>  </span>She asked, “But where’s Santa?”<span>  </span>This story tells the story of the Nativity and then goes on to tell the story about how when Jesus is born, Santa sees the star at the North Pole and travels to see the baby.  Since he is a toymaker, he brings his bag of toys - and offers them to the Christ Child, and then to all the people of the town.  His birthday gift to Jesus is a promise to bring gifts to all good boys and girls each year on the Christ Child's birthday</span></p>

Story Behind The Book

Playful phantoms roam the aisles of the library at night, but evil surfaces with the arrival of the spirit stealer. Fader is trapped by the spirit stealer in the nighttime library. He tries to help Amelia escape with disastrous consequences. A century later Tyler tries to defeat the spirit stealer and release the trapped spirits.
