I have written many techinical articles and edited papers for university professors to get them published.
I enjoy writing but prefer to write about things I know. This story is based on fact and is virtually my life story. I was urged to write this by friends and associates because my life has been turbulent, interesting and varied but, in the end, not lucrative

<p> </p><p>Sophie is a psychic medium and animal communicator. She runs a small crystal shop called, Outta Time. The shop</p><p>Is located in a small district called Lents in Portland, Oregon.</p><p>Nick is a man who if you can't touch it, feel it or see it then it doesn't exist. He is sure she is a phony psychic who is bilking money out of his mother and he intends to expose her.</p><p>Sophie sees him as a non-believer, someone who could never understand her or her way of life. She is attracted to him but knows there can be no future for them unless he can be made to understand what her world is all about.</p><p>Their Guardian Angels get into the act to guide the two to a better understanding of each other.</p><p>Nick's Guardians help his deceased Father get through to Nick and help him to understand that death is not the end. He soon learns there can be communication between the living and the dead.</p>

Story Behind The Book

An Englishman born just after the Great Depression has the misfortune to grow up in the normal state of poverty for that time as the world goes into the Second World War. These experiences shape his perspective as he survives the war and a very disrupted education then soon afterwards is conscripted into the RAF. after a short stint of working down a Coal Mine as directed labor. His experiences in the service were a mixture of farce and folly. He was sent to Germany by the RAF and returned later as a civilian to work with the Americans. He has a mixture of careers, travells extensively, survives three bad marriages, makes a fortune and is robbed in the final Divorce by fraudulent documents and what he had left was taken by a so called friend who also defrauded him. The subject is however a survivor and does finally find some peace.
