Victoria is the founder and executive director of the National Police Domestic Abuse Foundation and the Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) Research Institute. As a forensic consultant and educator specializing in police family violence, PTSD and crime victimization, Victoria reveals insight on these issues in her writings. She has a nursing background that has had a strong influence on her ability to pursue and succeed in achieving a Masters of Arts in Forensic Psychology from the American School of Professional Psychology. Victoria has researched bullying, police family violence, police culture and police dynamics extensively. She provides educational trainings across the country on this very sensitive issue.
