Story Behind The Book
As a small scale farmer I've kept hens for many years. My family were brought up on a daily diet of eggs which I attribute to their robust health and vitality.
During this time I've amassed a huge collection of recipes featuring eggs in one form or another so thought it was time to share some of my favourites!
For best results or if you want to impress your dinner guests, you need to know the basics before tackling the recipes which is why the first thing you will learn is how to boil an egg to your own particular taste!
