Deneen was born in Harlem, New York. She graduated from Academy of Mt. St. Ursula High School. She earned an Associates Degree in Applied Science from Sullivan County Community College. Years later, she returned to school and received a Bachelors Degree in Business Management from Monroe College. Deneen graduated Summa Cum Laude and she was inducted into the Sigma Beta Delta Honor Society. Deneen currently works for the NYS Office of the Attorney General.

Deneen is happy and proud to add author to her list of achievements. Her first novel Tell Him opened the door to a whole new world of writing. Two years later, Deneen opened the door further by releasing her sophomore book, Excuses. Deneen's third book is titled, The Grandparents. Currently, Deneen is working on After The Wedding and Tell Him ... Too. Both books will be published in early 2015. Deneen enjoys watching her words come to life to create interesting and entertaining stories.
