A decade as a chef on the New American Riviera has produced a cookbook that will tell a story about what it is like to be a chef on South Beach. Chef Michael Bennett has mixed in the locally procured exotic foods from South Florida into recipes using your favorite Florida seafood choices. This is his second book featuring the exotic and tropical cookery style know exclusively in South Florida.
