Story Behind The Book
Upon transitioning to a diet high in raw and living foods, I became hooked on green smoothies and super foods. I started experimenting with all kinds of fruit and veggie combinations, and would add a variety of super foods. By the time I realized it, I had created over a 100 smoothie recipes. So I decided to put them together and create a raw recipe book that would offer more than just recipes. It was my first book project. I created the entire book from start to finish! It was fun, and inspired me to create another. I hope that others enjoy this book, along with my other work.
