Story Behind The Book

This series has been a life's dream of mine, since the time I first learned to use my imagination until the day I told myself it was time I wrote it all down. The landscape of Oescienne is a reflection of my hometown, the Central Coast of California, and Jahrra's spirit, in a way, is akin to my own. I hope that if you choose to read this story, whether you be young or old or somewhere inbetween, you'll find a place worth escaping to.
