About

I have lived in rural northern Illinois for all of my adult life. I spent a good portion of my childhood in Arkansas, the home state of both parents. I am married to the love of my life, Barbara. We share our home with an overweight male cat named Hedgie, who is endlessly entertaining. I am the father of two boys, who are now grown and live (mostly) on their own. Barbara and I have a houseboat on a lake in central Illinois, and we love to spend weekends and vacations fishing, reading and enjoying the scenery. I have been a storyteller since I can remember, and my novel, "Dark Justice," is my first book-length work. I am currently working on my next thriller novel, as well as an inspirational book for young readers.
