I spent my formative years in sunny, beautiful Jamaica before migrating to the North Eastern USA. Although I just published my first book, I have been writing for some time now.  When I am not writing I like spending time with my family and working my fulltime job as a Legal Assistant . My newly published  book "Sins of the Mother, A Love Story and Family Saga." explores what happens to a young West Indian college student who travels to West African and falls in love with a British born oil tycoon of  Ghanian parentage.. The book explores the low and high points of their relationship and looks at the role their  mothers play in their breakup. If you love romance and family stories I am sure you will love this book. Story Behind The Book

In Sins of the Mother by Sandia Lowe, we are introduced to Rianne Hazelton, a successful New York attorney, who feels she has moved on with her life without regrets since leaving her husband in Accra, Ghana 10 years ago. Little does Rianne know that her life is about to unravel on many levels when she travels to her home and family in St. Croix to be the maid-of-honor in her sister's wedding. Imagine her surprise, when she discovers the best man is her ex-husband, oil tycoon Xavier Osei. Xavier wants answers as to why his wife left him in Accra, Ghana and has been hiding from him all of these years.
