Story Behind The Book

Reviews

"Ichak Adizes has done it again! Another must book for every manager and executive who is willing and eager to learn more about themselves, their business, and their style. He explains logically and convincingly why "the ideal manager" cannot exist and how to make up for the less than ideal situation. The Producing, Administrating, Enterprising and Integrating (PAEI) concept is a comprehensive approach to management which is difficult to argue."

--Gideon Toeplitz, Executive VP and Managing Director of the Pittsburgh Symphony

"Dr. Adizes came to SanDisk when we were contemplating major transformations, necessitated by rapid growth. Ichak initially came in for a three day offsite meeting with my staff. He kept us working for seven days...Ichak's technique is unique, clear, personal, and decisive. He is able to deliver results by stripping down even the most complicated organizations and people into their basic elements, and rebuilding them into a solid, streamlined organization that is well suited for adaptability in situations of rapid growth. If you are managing a fast growth business that is beginning to break at the seams, this book will probably be of great help."

--D.
