Story Behind The Book
When Sextus a Germanic slave kills his master in Rome during the reign of Marcus Aurelius, he embarks upon a journey to the furthest northern limits of the Empire. There he finds his heritage and becomes ruler of the Frankish Nation. A story of battle, love and mysticism of epic proportions.
