I'm a native of Colorado, having been born in the state and lived therefor most of my life. My parents were of Welsh, Norwegian, and Choctowancestry. I have worked with various American Indian tribes, indigenouspeoples from the Dominican Republic and Mexico, and Hispanic minoritiesas a social scientist. Currently I am director of the Bauu Instituteand Press, located in Boulder, Colorado.

I am also Editor of Indigenous People's Issues and Resources, Indigenous Peoples World News, and Publisher of New GreatBooks.
