“How to Make Your REALTOR^® Get You the Best Deal”, 1999.  The book explains to home buyers how to workbest with a Realtor^®, why using a buyer agent works to theirbenefit, and explains the home buying process. As of January, 2009, 38 additional editions are either in print or inthe publishing process, with a Realtor^® in each stateco-authoring.  The Realtor^®co-author in each state is responsible for rewriting the chapter on state lawsand having it reviewed and approved by a real estate attorney.
