I am a Software Developer by profession, working with Makemytrip. I work closely with Product and Sales Team in order to understand the Customer and Sales areas of focus and needs and develop web portal according to their requirements. With four years of work in Makemytrip, have learnt a lot about various tourist destinations and customer behaviour and their needs/priority.
Being an avid traveller, I take out my bike and race away to the hills and mountains every month. Travelling gives me peace, adventure and food for thoughts and I love to express them in the form of poetry. Glittering Shadows is my first book of poetry.
