We follow the adventures of two little boys in pre-war Germany, one a German and the other one a Jew. One child is longing for his mother and the love of his father and the other child is solidly secure in his mothers and fathers abounded love.This story awakens the sleeping giant of friendship and confirms the power of prayer.
On one hand this story is full of human tragedies and despair but on the other hand it is full of hope and faith in the human injuring spirit.
