Orville and Amelia are packing for a camping trip in the forest.  Antrew Ant begs to go, but is told he'll need to wait until he is older.  Not to be disuaded, the little ant sneaks into Orville's backpack for the ride of his life!

After being discovered, he's lost once again in the deep, dark, woods.  Will he ever be found?  Discover who guards him while he waits for help.

The Story Behind This Book

Donna has always sought to 'teach and reach' the children by 'cutting up' what is offered in the Word of God into 'bite-sized pieces'. A friend explained to me one day, how she had visually explained the scripture in Psalm 91 to her Sunday School class about the 'angels of the Lord camping round about those who love Him'. Donna took the idea further with, "Do Angels Go Camping?" The third in a series, the book speaks to the children about friends, angels, and prayer and thanksgiving.

5.0 out of 5 stars 2nd generation, March 1, 2011
This review is from: Do Angels Go Camping? (Paperback)

We have read this book and all the others in this group to our children when they were young.
the oldest is now 28. we wore them out now I have 3 grand children and have replaced the worn
out books with new ones. Now we are reading them to our grand kids I think that speaks a lot
about the books and the series they are great.

5.0 out of 5 stars Good Reminder that God's Always Looking Out for Us, January 13, 2011
This review is from: Do Angels Go Camping? (Paperback)
Antrew Ant really wants to go camping, but Amelia Airheart Butterfly and Orville Wright Caterpillar said he wasn't big enough to go. So what's a little ant to do? Stow away, of course. After Antrew wanders off, Orville and Amelia pray for God's protection over their little friend as they search for him in the big forest. My four-year-old son especially liked this book and wanted to know "what happens next?" I loved the prevalent theme of God watching over us, even when we feel lost.
