Beverly Sedlacek, an advanced practice nurse, has worked forover 34 years counseling hurting people in the areas of addiction, abuse,relationship difficulties, emotional problems and financial difficulties.  She has coordinated and spoken atnumerous retreats, seminars and workshops nationally and internationally.  She has presented programs on abuse on3ABN and co-produced several recovery-related booklets and tapes. She is andher husband David, have written a book entitled, Cleansing the Sanctuary of the Heart:  Tools for Emotional Healing.   When Beverly speaks, she is transparent about her own journeyof healing. She is passionate about Jesus, and making Him a living, real Saviorfor young and old alike. She is currently on the faculty of the School ofNursing at the Indiana University in South Bend, the Clinical Director of IntoHIS Rest Ministries, which she co-founded with her husband David. She summarizesher life mission through the text Luke 4:18:  “The spirit of the Lord is upon me because he has anointedme preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the broken-hearted,to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, toset at liberty them that are bruised.”
