Andre started his first business at his undergraduate apartment in college at the age of eighteen and before graduating college he was managing three fully operational corporations. As a teenager he started a half of dozen profitable businesses and by 23 he became one of the youngest entrepreneurs of the City of Atlanta business population, employing over 27 employees and managing a team of 31 full-time staff members.

In 2007 Andre served 1900 community hours as an AmeriCorps member for a large well known non-profit program in the Metro Atlanta area serving Atlanta Public Schools and Georgia's youth. This act of servant-hood inspired Andre to launch a non-profit of his very own to inspire youth World-Wide in life skills and other great focuses, which he has already carried to extreme heights among the Southern Regions Philanthropy social business sector.
