Story Behind The Book

Having come up with an idea for a series about time-travelling assassins, I wrote this prequel regarding one of the characters before he became an assassin. Knowing some history of Edinburgh, I decided to use that setting within the time period of notorious real-life bodysnatchers, Burke and Hare, who make an appearance in the book.
