About

My first novel "Farewell to Freedom" was released in December 2010. The story won for Best Fiction in the 2011 National Indie Excellence Book Awards Contes; I was also named a winner in The Author's Show contest in 2011 "50 Great Writers You Should Be Reading". In June 2012 I released my second novel "Charleston Cheat" a story about a gambling man; and in January 2013 my third novel "The Ranch at Coyote Springs" a story about friendship. I recently released the 2nd Edition of Farewell to Freedom and have written a screenplay based on that novel. Although I had a publisher for my first novel, I chose to self-publish the subsequent novels. All of my books are for sale on my web site and on Amazon.com. There are Ebook versions available.

One night Peter hops into the dark forest. He meets some Whimper-Whineymen and discovers that not only do the Whimper-Whineys whine all the time, but they are very ill-mannered and rude. He discovers that everything is sour in Whimper-Whineyland and decides his mother was right! If only he can get back home… a recent critique, “Though there are other books out there for children about whining, I cannot imagine any parent or guardian not wanting to read this book to their child!... Parents everywhere applaud you!”
