Growing small is the process of developing an infrastructure that enables you to do business with customers one-on-one, through the context of a meaningful relationship. In this book I discuss why forming meaningful relationships with individual customers makes sense, and why customer oriented businesses will win in the new economy.
I'm the founder and managing partner of Route Norte LP. I love business theory and entrepreneurship. At Route Norte LP, I help small businesses leverage their information systems to make smarter operational decisions.
My wife and I started Smoothie Villa in 2012. It's our first Food & Beverage business. We sell natural fruit smoothies, gourmet coffee, teas, fresh squeezed juices, and a line of healthy food products.
