Kenneth LaFave is a prize-winning journalist, a composer of contemporary classical music and a student of philosophy.  His output includes musical scores commissioned by The Phoenix Symphony, the Tucson Symphony Orchestra, the Kansas City Chorale, the Chicago String Quartet, New York Philharmonic timpanist Roland Kohloff, London tenor Philip Eve, Close Encounters With Music and others; hundreds of articles, essays and interviews written for The Arizona Republic, The Kansas City Star, the Los Angeles Times, Dance Magazine, NewMusicBox.com, and many editions of Playbill magazine.  The father of two sons, he lives in Scottsdale, Arizona, with a pair of cats and an espresso machine.

Description
