Story Behind The Book
This book has the recipe for the royal rat. This is a paca fit for a queen. Gibnut "agouti paca" is a wild game mini pig that is a delicacy in Belize. Belize is formerly British Honduras and the Queen of England remains the ceremonial head of state. She was given delicious gibnut to eat on a state visit. The British tabloids blew this out of proportion and claimed that their queen was given "rat" to eat. It is a herbivore and a rodent...very distant relative.
