Crispian Jones, Psychologist and Hypnotist.

Crispian is the author of several books and is the owner/operator of Seachange Psychology: http://www.seachangepsychology.com.au a pychology practice based in Cairns, QLD,  Australia.

Prior to moving into the world of counselling and psychology, Crispian was a commercial pilot operating throughout Northern Australia, a musician in the Australian Army in Canberra, a factory hand at Peter's Ice Cream factory and delivery driver for Tip Top Bakeries, both in Perth.

Crispian's diverse life experience has seen him interact with people from all walks of life, across a range of socio-economic backgrounds and different cultures. These experiences have equipped him in his role as a Psychologist to work with and relate well to people, no matter their background.

Crispian works with a range of issues, including Loss and Grief, Trauma (motor vehicle, rape, robbery etc.), Panic Disorders, Phobias, Anger Management, Smoking Cessation, Weight Management, Relationship Counselling and Pain Management, to name just a few. He employs a range of techniques and skills to facilitate a client's recovery, bearing in mind, he comments,'that ultimately it is the client who does the healing from "within", with my help from "without". Writing books is another way to help people gain insights into how to manage various aspects of their lives in a more positive way.
