After 30+ years cooking around the world, especially the Caribbean, I have now returned to the UK and live in Cornwall where I spend my time cooking, eating, blogging and writing (or sitting on the couch as my darling calls it!). My real book “The Leftovers Handbook” was published last year and I have also written several ebooks and been published in various magazines.
