Pearlsong Press endorses Health At Every Size (HAES) (R), an approach to well-being that supports natural diversity in body size and the multidimensional nature of health. The HAES approach helps people live well without encouraging or reinforcing size/weight prejudices and phobias, poor body image, eating disorders, or the health consequences of dieting-related weight loss and regain.
