<p>~~If there is one word I would associate with Honey Jans' writing it would be.... fun. Or hot. Exciting. Interesting? Ok, so I would need more than one word. Honey Jans is quickly making me realize she is one of those authors to watch if I want something quick, hot and fun. Her stories aren't as long, this one comes in around 80 pages, but they definitely pack a punch.</p> <p> In Twice in a Blue Moon we meet Charity, a woman who is in danger - and doesn't realize she is a wolf princess. Her father has hired alpha wolf, Lucas Kendal to watch over her. It also helps that Lucas has agreed to be her mate, since her intended mate died (his brother, Lash). As it turns out, it is not that hard of a promise to keep when he is presented with the feisty Charity before him.</p> <p> I really loved these two characters. Charity is that sparky type of female heroine that we love to read about. She is in a position where she feels she needs to prove herself to the whole damn world, and the whole damn world can be well, damned, if it gets in her way. Lucas is that soft spoken alpha man of power. It radiates from him, and you know he is the man with a plan. The sexual chemistry between them is off the charts. Hopefully their whole world doesn't blow up when she realizes he is not only her bodyguard and PI, but her mate....and the cyber Master she is a cyber sub to online. Oh yeah ladies, perfect combination for fireworks, right?</p> <p> There were parts of this story that I found a bit harder for me to follow. Some scenes in the beginning seemed to spring from no where and I found myself having to reread a couple paragraphs to figure out where I got lost. Luckily this only happened to me a couple times, and like I said - in the beginning. Once the story took hold, it was flying like a jet airplane. It doesn't detract from the story at all, it might have been my own mind just trying to settle in for the story. Either way, this was a fun story. And the sex scenes were just like I like - hot and sexy! I definitely recommend!</p> <p>Fictional Candy</p> <p> </p>
