Kim Cormack is the always comedic author of the darkly twisted epic paranormal romance series, "The Children of Ankh." She worked for over 16 years as an Early Childhood educator in preschool, daycare, and as an aid. Multiple sclerosis caused her to make a few life adjustments, and now she writes full time. She's lived most of her life on Vancouver Island in beautiful British Columbia, Canada. She currently lives in the gorgeous little town of Port Alberni. She's a single mom with two awesome kids, Cameron and Jenna. One thousand years ago, procreation with a mortal became illegal under immortal law.
If a child slipped through the cracks and was found, a Correction was sent to erase the immortal offspring and their entire genetic line. In time rules were set in place. The partially immortal offspring would be allowed to live untouched by the Correction until their 16th birthday. When they were deemed old enough to fight for their life.
