I'm a new children's book author with a passion to make a difference for young children. My new book series is designed to provide ample opportunities for open discussion between parents and children and to stimulate creative thinking. My profession is in the corporate world, where I worked for years as a trainer/facilitator of personal and team effectiveness programs. My specialty has been personal, team, and organizational values (culture). I have now taken my perspectives on teams and organizations and topics such as: vision, mission, values, goals, creativity and have brought them into the world of children's literature, with the hope of promoting the same types of discussion with a younger audience
