About
Rebecca Brock is the director of a small library in southern West Virginia. She is also the author of a collection of short horror stories (Abominations) and a variety of other horror stories published in anthologies and online since 2000. When not cleaning up after her cats, Rebecca enjoys books and movies in a variety of genres (romance, horror, true crime, sci-fi) and attempts to be crafty by crocheting, sewing, and cross stitching. The Giving Season is her first published novel (all the others are hidden away in drawers somewhere).
Reviews
<font face="Verdana" size="2">"A charming, heartwarming love story. Ms.
Brock handles the heroine's self esteem issues regarding her weight with
sensitivity, and yet with a realism with which many readers will be able
to identity....Ms. Brock has crafted a superb romance novel that had this
reader giving a huge sigh of satisfaction at its end."<br /><br /><strong>Judy Bagshaw</strong><br />author of <em><strong>At Long Last, Love</strong></em><br />& other works of romantic fiction<br /><br /></font><font face="Verdana" size="2">"Rebecca Brock has woven the lives of
two people from different walks of life into a beautiful love story. Jessy Monroe is down on love and has convinced herself that she will never find anyone to spend her life with.
Michael Forrester, a single dad raising three children, isn't looking for love, but there's something about Jessy he can't resist. When a cold, stormy night brings them together, both their lives will change. <em>The Giving
Season</em> will grab you from the very first page and keep you turning
pages until the end."</font><br /><br /><strong>Pat Ballard</strong><br />Queen of Rubenesque Romances<br />& author of <em><strong>10 Steps to Loving Your Body<br />(No Matter What Size You Are)<br /></strong></em>
