Story Behind The Book

Power Camp February 2008 was such a powerful, encouraging, enlightening and empowering experience for me. I left charged and ready to conquer the world with a renewed confirmation that I could do anything that I put my mind to and the importance of fulfilling my purpose and destiny on the earth. David Garibaldi made a statement that while at one of his performance art shows, he turned his life around through a mentor and teacher who taught him to put “passion behind his purpose”. This is the best way to describe what has happened for me over the past year. I am putting my passion behind my purpose. This book serves as the result my purpose can have on individuals in their personal and corporate lives. I encourage you to unleash the Power!

<p style="margin:0in 0in 0pt;" class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:Arial, 'sans-serif';font-size:10pt;">You've rendered an excellent program of empowerment. Very nicely done! Good flow. Nice overlaps between key topics. I especially liked the areas where you completely turn loose and throw the fire of your personality into it. That fire is &quot;you&quot; and makes the book. Very impressive methodology. Keep it up!</span></p><p></p> <p style="margin:0in 0in 0pt;" class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:Arial, 'sans-serif';font-size:10pt;"></span></p><p> </p> <p style="margin:0in 0in 0pt;" class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:Arial, 'sans-serif';font-size:10pt;">Larry Trujillo</span></p><p></p> <p style="margin:0in 0in 0pt;" class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:Arial, 'sans-serif';font-size:10pt;">Principal Consultant</span></p><p></p> <p style="margin:0in 0in 0pt;" class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:Arial, 'sans-serif';font-size:10pt;">Oracle Corporation</span></p><p></p> <p style="margin:0in 0in 0pt;" class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:Arial, 'sans-serif';font-size:10pt;"></span></p><p> </p> <p style="margin:0in 0in 0pt;" class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:Arial, 'sans-serif';font-size:10pt;">I think your book so far is well laid out, easy to read, interactive and engaging.  Each chapter I've read, entices me to participate in the process and the activities.  It's very applicable to life, not just work.</span></p><p></p> <p style="margin:0in 0in 0pt;" class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:Arial, 'sans-serif';font-size:10pt;"></span></p><p> </p> <p style="margin:0in 0in 0pt;" class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:Arial, 'sans-serif';font-size:10pt;">Cindy Dutra</span></p><p></p> <p style="margin:0in 0in 0pt;" class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:Arial, 'sans-serif';font-size:10pt;">Oracle Corporation</span></p><p></p> <p style="margin:0in 0in 0pt;" class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:Arial, 'sans-serif';font-size:10pt;"></span></p><p> </p> <p style="margin:0in 0in 0pt;" class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:Arial, 'sans-serif';font-size:10pt;"></span></p><p> </p> <p style="margin:0in 0in 0pt;" class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:Arial, 'sans-serif';font-size:10pt;"></span></p><p> </p> <p style="margin:0in 0in 0pt;" class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:Arial, 'sans-serif';font-size:10pt;">I read your blog and you are correct. Well I have a 2 year old son and a 3.5 year old daughter and even though they are not in school, I still run around like a chicken with my head cut off. Sometimes you have to take 10 minutes to just calm down, but sometimes Holly it’s not possible. I always worked a 9 to 5 or 9 to 8 before I had kids. I'm trying to get this online business situated plus my own business situated so I will have more than 10 minutes to relax. I've seen it done and I see it being done. You know what my 10 minutes consist of? Giving back whether it be advice, whether it just be thanking God for all he has done for me and people who've I've come in contact with. Even though I don't lay my head to rest until 11 sometimes 12, I still feel my mind working. But you have given me something to think about. RELAX, RELATE, RELEASE! (LOL) God Bless you Holly and keep that creative mind working.</span></p><p></p> <p style="margin:0in 0in 0pt;" class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:Arial, 'sans-serif';font-size:10pt;"></span></p><p> </p> <p style="margin:0in 0in 0pt;" class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:Arial, 'sans-serif';font-size:10pt;">Annie McCall</span></p><p></p> <p style="margin:0in 0in 0pt;" class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:Arial, 'sans-serif';font-size:10pt;"></span></p><p> </p>
