About the Author

Michael Howard, while relatively new to professional writing, has had a number pieces published in local publications. These include articles in school newspapers, as well as poetic and humorous contributions to military publications, while he was in the US Air Force.

Michael’s training and experience in the area of public speaking began in Junior High School and has continued throughout his life. A graduate of the Dale Carnegie Course, as well as numerous academic and professional communication seminars, he is current progressing through Toastmasters International lesson plan, and is involved in mentoring relationships with Mark Victor Hansen, Robert G. Allen, and T. Harv Eker. His on stage experience includes everything for school drama club parts, to numerous technical training sessions, to public readings of his written works, to metaphysical lectures around the state of Oklahoma.

An avid student of the spiritual, Michael is a voracious reader and can frequently be found attending seminars on various aspects of spiritual growth. His attitude toward personal growth is best summed up in one of his favorite sayings, "If you're not learning, you're not living."

Michael's material draws from a wide range of influences, since he feels that inspiration is not only to be found in the various holy books of the world. This is why you may find a reference to Deepak Chopra on one page and a quote from Yoda on the next.

As a computer professional, Michael brings a new logical approach to his spiritual insights. As a fan of science fiction, he allows his mind to go beyond the accepted catechisms of today. And as a student of truth, he is not afraid to express what he has come to know.
