John Christian Hopkins

I am a member of the Narragansett Indian Tribe and descended from The House of Ninigret, the tribe's last hereditary royal family. I have been a professional journalist, former nationally syndicated columnist and, in 2003, became the first Native American Journalists Association member to win writing awards in four different categories in the same year.
