About

Welcome to a world of shadows and magic, honor and duty, fantastical creatures, and timeless love. Inspired by a lifetime of exploring lush forests and romantic landscapes, I write tales of ordinary women and the extraordinary paths they choose.

The worlds I create are a strange amalgamation of medieval Europe and colonial Costa Rica, with misty forests, vast savannas, and steamy jungles. They are populated by brave heroines, noble heroes, and twisted villains. They reflect the magic I’ve known all my life, of dance and music and play, as well as the hardship that I and many of the people I care for have encountered along the way.

From ancient woodlands to uncharted seas, be prepared for gripping battle scenes, heart wrenching loss, hard-won triumphs, and the ultimate magic of love. Thank you for joining me on this journey of imagination. Enjoy the adventure!
