About
I was born in a small country town in Western Australia. I still live and work in this same town and it is from here that I am based. My story can be described as a tale of mystery which is set in a familiar place. From this familiar place, the scene changes as a journey takes place. My central character is a young, Australian nurse who sets out to find the meaning of strange words that she hears from the mouth of a dying Benedictine monk. My aim in writing this story has been to capture the idea of change and how sometimes a change takes place within individuals due to no fault of themselves. The essence of time and change are intermingled throughout the story and I guess that this becomes more important to a reader who themselves have lived long enough to be past 'the bloom of youth'. Ido hope this will not be my only contribution to writing as I do get a buzz from seeing my name on a book for sale. While I have not been a ranging success with this story, I believe it is only the beginning and the experience I have gained from jumping in and writing a book has been able to enrich my life and I can only improve from my mistakes.
I do hope you are able to find something entertaining in my story and please keep a look out for my future writings.

Only three months after his coronation, Henry IV had to face a rebellion led by Richard's disgruntled favorites. Repressive measures led to more discontent. His own supporters turned against him, demanding more than he could give. The haughty Percies precipitated the Battle of Shrewsbury which nearly cost him the throne—and his life.
To make matters worse, even after Richard II's funeral, the deposed monarch was rumored to be in Scotland, planning his return.
