The need for real estate investing information without hype or sales pitches became ever more apparent in my 17 years as a realtor (TM) and a real estate investor. In addition to that I wanted to give back to my community - which really is the world - and connect how problem-solving and profits can go hand in hand. As readers become more aware of the effects of their choices, inspiration to make a difference in their own lives, communities and the world may well be the result.
