He discovers that everything is sour in Whimper-Whineyland and decides his mother was right! My son said one day, &quot;Mom, you know so much about telephone etiquette from all your years working in administration at a radio station, bank, hospital, and high school. You should put that knowledge into book form and self-publish it!&quot;
