Story Behind The Book
Over the last two and a half years I have been increasingly exposed to various forms of poverty and lack. Whether on the phone for a spiritual counseling and healing session, in a psychotherapy session, watching television, speaking with a friend, walking down the street or in my own personal life, the common context had become one of lack and limitation. Lack of money, lack of love, lack of peace, lack of health, lack of direction, lack of understanding, lack of spiritual connection.... Initially I prayed for "all of the souls I came in contact with, the clinic, my family and friends, myself and the congregation." At some point that prayer grew into including "everyone in New York," then "America," and then "everyone in the world." By the time I began to consistently affirm "the financial freedom of everyone in the world, complete satisfaction in every aspect of our lives and the faith to know and see this in my lifetime" a flood of ideas came forth. These are the ideas contained in the book Prosperity NOW! They are an answer to a prayer for everyone in this world. As I read this book each day (for I know the ideas are just as much for me as they are for others) my faith in the vision of our complete health, happiness, satisfaction, success and financial freedom grows. I do believe that ideas are contagious. I have chosen to be an outlet for the good, positive prosperous ideas that have come forth in answer to a prayer. May they heal, bless and prosper the world.
