Tina is  a certified creativity and life purposecoach, working with mothers who are challenged by issues related to the loss ofpersonal identity and who desire a more authentic life---filled with purpose,passion and creative expression.  Herbook, Journaling by theMoonlight: A Mother’s Path to Self-Discovery  and the accompanying deck of journaling cards(by the same name) are based on her signautre coaching program designed aroundthe phases of the moon.  She leads"Moonlight Muse" retreats twice a year (around the full moon) forwomen who want to reconnect with their authentic self.

Also certifiedas  a journaling workshop facilitator,Tina leads virtual and in person workshops, and coaching circles for motherswho want to explore their passion for journal writing, while expanding theirpersonal support systems. She works both privately and in group settings--andfacilitates her own online network, the "Journaling Moms Café".

Tina serves on theJournal Council  for the InternationalAssociation for Journal Writing where she is joined by 30 other journalingexperts worldwide.  They offer a varietyof articles, resources, webinars, and tele-classes on journal writing toassociation members.

In addition to herwork as a personal coach and workshop facilitator, Tina volunteers her time asan advocate on issues of importance to mothers on a local, state and nationallevel. She speaks to groups and organizations on the importance of creating supportsystems and how to journal your way to a more authentic life.
