Tina has always had a fascination with the moon. Afterstudying the phases of the moon in astronomy classes and the astrologicalimpact it can have on personal transformation, she began to explore thespiritual connections that the moon has brought to many cultures over thousandsof years. No matter where we are in the world, we can see the moon. It’ssomething that we all have in common.
The moon has broughtgreat comfort to her life, particularly during a time when she felt a loss ofpersonal identity. This was during her first two years of becoming a mother – atime of joy, but a time of anxiety, depression and confusion. She was a mother, but who was she really? Shetook many walks during that time, gazing at the moon and trying to make senseof who she was and what purpose her life served.
Taking the knowledgeshe had of the moon and its place in spiritual transformation, she combined itwith her training as a life purpose coach and a journaling workshopfacilitator. Together, this combination created a path of self-discovery forher – a path that she want to share with the many mothers who feel a loss ofpersonal identity.
