I was born in Sydney Australia, have two children & have travelled extensively. I have studies in psychology, psychotherapy, NLP/hypnotherapy, natural therapies & am a Reiki Master. Currently living on the beautiful Northern Beaches, I have a small counselling/healing practice & have published one of four self-help, motivational guides on the subject of Confidence to enable readers to increase self-esteem, self worth & purpose in their lives. I am looking forward to publishing the balance of my books & continuing to donate 10% of proceeds of sales to youth in need as well as to animal welfare.
